Thirty Years of education and experience have kept Dr. Joseph McCarter on top of his profession. His goal is to treat you with a holistic approach that combines your individual needs and concerns with the knowledge and experience he has acquired in his thirty years of practice.

I am committed to staying on the leading edge of my field and keeping abreast of the latest treatment news, advances and innovations. Staying active in the West Virginia Chiropractic Society, The National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and continuing my education are the most effective ways to bring you the most current care available.
Dr. McCarter is one of twelve Chief Examiners for the National Board. He presides over the administration of the Part IV examination.
Dr. McCarter has held every position in the Society and is currently the immediate Past President.
Dr. McCarter has held every position on the Board including the chairmanship for six years. Appointed to these positions by three different Governors.
