Jeannine Ratliffe is an Ohio native who attended Muskingum College in New Concord, OH, where she graduated with a degree in business. She has lived in Parkersburg since 1995, and completed a second degree in Accounting from West Virginia University of Parkersburg. Jeannine oversees the daily business operations at McCarter Health Center, which includes budget preparation, analyzing office statistics, managing accounts, and odd-jobs around the office. She is the youngest of three, and now lives happily with her partner, sister, three cats, and five dogs. She enjoys camping and doing home improvement projects, as well as visiting Nags Head beach; pizza is her favorite food, and her favorite movie is The Sound of Music.
