NATIONAL BOARD OF CHIROPRACTIC EXAMINERS:

Dr. McCarter is a past Chief Examiner for the National Board of Chiropractic, Atlanta, GA testing site. He presided over the administration of the Part IV Board Examination for 20 years.

WEST VIRGINIA CHIROPRACTIC SOCIETY:

Dr. McCarter has held every position in the Society and was voted Chiropractor of the Year in 1999.

WEST VIRGINIA BOARD OF EXAMINERS:

Dr. McCarter has held every position on the Board including the chairmanship for six years. Appointed to these positions by three different Governors, Dr. McCarter was instrumental in creating West Virginia’s laws for practicing chiropractic within the state of West Virginia.
